Once a payment has been successfully made for registration, admission, course enrollment, examination, certification or any other service, the amount will not be refunded or reversed, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This No Refund Policy applies to payments made for services offered by GCC Education Academy, including where applicable:
Registration and application fees.
Course enrollment and admission fees.
Examination and assessment fees.
Certification and related service fees.
Applicable franchise or centre-related payments.
Applicable online services and facilities.
Users are responsible for verifying the selected service, applicable fee, eligibility and other relevant details before making a payment.
A payment should be made only after the user is satisfied with the service selected and the information provided.
Requests to cancel a registration, admission, course enrollment, examination registration, certification service or other paid service after payment are generally not accepted.
Choosing not to continue with a course or service after payment does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
Payments may be treated as non-refundable in situations including, but not limited to:
Course or admission fees paid for enrollment are non-refundable after successful payment, registration or confirmation, subject to applicable law.
If a student voluntarily discontinues a course, stops attending classes or chooses not to continue, the amount already paid will not ordinarily be refunded.
Any change of course, batch, schedule or other service feature will be handled according to the applicable academic or operational policy and does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Examination fees paid for an examination, assessment or related registration are non-refundable after successful payment, subject to applicable law.
Fees associated with certificate processing, documentation, verification or other related services are non-refundable after the relevant service has been requested or payment has been successfully processed, subject to applicable law.
Users should carefully verify their name, qualification, registration information and other details before submitting a certification request.
If a transaction appears fraudulent, unauthorised or suspicious, GCC Education Academy may investigate the transaction and may take appropriate action.
A payment dispute does not automatically mean that a refund is approved.
GCC Education Academy intends this policy to establish a strict no-refund position for its services. However, nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict a consumer or user's right where such right cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law or a binding order of a competent authority.
Sometimes a payment may appear unsuccessful even though an amount has been debited from a user's bank account or payment method.
In such situations, the transaction may require reconciliation with the relevant payment gateway or financial institution.
A duplicate debit, failed transaction or technical payment issue will be investigated based on available transaction records and the applicable payment provider process.
