Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All fees paid to GCC Education / GCC Skills Academy are generally non-refundable.

2. Course Activation

Once a course is activated or accessed, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

3. Admission Cancellation

If a student cancels admission before course activation, refund (if applicable) will be processed after deductions.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Registration fees, admission fees, and material charges are strictly non-refundable.

6. Duplicate Payment

If payment is made twice by mistake, extra amount will be refunded after verification.

7. Technical Issues

No refund will be given for issues related to internet, device, or user-side problems.

8. Course Transfer

Course transfer may be allowed instead of refund (subject to management approval).

9. Misconduct

No refund will be provided if a student is removed due to misconduct.

10. Franchise Cases

Refund policy for franchise centers may vary based on agreement.

11. Payment Gateway

Transaction charges (if any) are non-refundable.

12. Policy Changes

GCC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
